Over the years the Practice has been responsible for the design
and construction of a variety of Residential Projects ranging from
Single Dwellings to Multi Unit Developments.

These Projects have been completed Locally and
Internationally. The value of commissions ranges from $ 350,000 to $
45,000,000.

We also have a speciality in assisting home
owners with their additions and alterations requirements.

Our Residential Work is designed based on the
principles outlined in the RAIA's Environmental Policy and our designs
achieve a minimum of 4.5 Star Rating and more usually of 5 Star Rating
in accordance with the SEDA Energy Smart Homes Policy.

The Practice prides itself on bring in projects
within budget and time constraints set by our Clients and the Practice
assists Clients usually beyond any original service scope so as ensure
project success.

- Ski Resorts
-
The Practice has completed commissions in the NSW
Ski Fields.

The Principal of the Practice obtained experience
in Ski Facilities Buildings whilst working as a senior Architect and
then as a Director of a large Sydney Architectural Practice.

That experience has been supplemented by the
Practice completing several smaller projects for individual Clients.

- Destination Projects

The Practice has been involved as CONSULTANTS to
larger Architectural Practices on a
number of Destination Projects such as DARLING HARBOUR and the
refurbishment of MANLY
WHARF.

The design principles adopted for Darling Harbour
have become the standard for the design of many large shopping centres
by Developers following its completion.

- Masterplanning Projects
-
The Practice has completed Masterplanning for a
variety of Clients locally and internationally.

Generally these planning assignment were
completed in conjunction with Golf Courses/Hotels and Residential
Units. The Practice adopted principles of land management and
sustainability in completing the projects - including the use of solar
collectors in place of normal power generating techniques in Malaysia.
