DIY found to lower the standard of Residential Building BTP in NSW - varies between 200% to 400% below Simulation Method when compared with NatHERS and far more variation expected to AccuRATE.

	St Gregory's Armenian School - ROUSE HILL NSW VZ Yanchenko Pty Limited are currently working on plans for a New High School at Rouse Hill to the west of Castle Hill. The project involves the relocation of the existing year 7 to 10 facilities currently contained in portables to new high school facilities on the site and expanding the high school to cater for years 7 to 12. Projected Costs Stage 1: $ 6,500,000.00
